Mock Fruit Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    15 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mash berries with a fork.
    Blend into sour cream.
    Mix in pineapple and sugar and blend thoroughly.
    Spoon into a mold. Freeze 3 to 4 hours.
    Delicious!
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
