Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium red potatoes
    1 medium white onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and onions and thinly slice.
    Layer potatoes, onion and soup in baking dish.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 until potatoes and onions are tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
