Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small ripe tomato, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped white onion
    2 ripe avocados
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice or dash of Fruit Fresh
    Dash of hot sauce, optional
    chopped hot peppers, optional
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro, optional
Preparation
    Mash tomato, onion, optional ingredients, and salt to form a coarse paste.
    Cut avocados in half, remove pits and scoop into the paste.
    Mash a little more just until mixture is blended and avocados are mashed into 1/2 inch chunks.
    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
