Sausage-Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 4 to 5 small zucchini
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of garlic salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini lengthwise, remove seeds, cut and dice.
    Brown sausage and onion; drain grease.
    Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese, mix well and put in a greased casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
