Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    5 qt. popped popcorn
    peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Bring brown sugar, oleo and corn syrup to a boil in microwave (about 2 minutes).
    Add baking soda and stir well.
    Place popcorn in large size grocery bag.
    Cover popcorn with caramel mixture and stir well.
    Roll up bag and place back in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on High, stopping once to stir.
