Apple Walnut Upside-Down Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 double pie crust
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
8 apples
cinnamon to taste
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar.
Spread on bottom of pie dish.
Add nuts.
Roll out half pie crust and place on top of brown sugar and nuts.
Put apples, cinnamon and sugar on crust.
Roll out top crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown on top.
Remove pie from oven and turn upside-down on plate.
