Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 thin slices ginger root or 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    10 water chestnuts, cut in half
    10 chicken livers, cut in half
    10 slices bacon, cut in half
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger root and garlic in glass or plastic bowl.
    Stir in chicken livers and water chestnuts.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally; drain.
