Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drain and chop
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 lb. mixture of shredded Swiss and Mozzarella
    1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in bacon drippings.
    Add to the rest of the ingredients which have been combined together.
    Put into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve hot or cold.
