Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box powdered sugar
    peanut butter
    about 2 c. leftover or cold mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a bowl. Add sugar.
    Mix until thick.
    Roll out with a rolling pin. Spread some peanut butter over this and roll up like a log. Refrigerate overnight or until it is chilled completely. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
