Oatmeal Cookies(Healthy Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 1/2 c. whole-wheat pastry flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped roasted walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins, soaked in hot water to cover 5 minutes
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. rice vinegar
Preparation
    Drain raisins. Blend dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop on oiled cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0. Yields 24 small cookies.
