Easy Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 thighs or whatever part your family prefers
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 1/2 c. instant rice
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Butter a 15 x 10-inch roasting pan.
    Mix together all 3 soups and water in a large bowl.
    Add the oil, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Pour in the pan.
    Add uncooked rice; mix in.
    Put chicken on top of the soup and rice mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until chicken is fully cooked.
