Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz. ) can corned beef (chunked)
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. pickle relish
2 eggs, chopped
3/4 c. apples, chopped
Mayonnaise to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Can also be used as a dip, sandwich spread or on crackers.
