Light Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    10 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    juice of 1 orange
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 lb. white raisins
    1/2 lb. coconut
    1/2 lb. glazed red cherries
    1/2 lb. green cherries
    1/4 lb. glazed pineapple
    1/2 lb. almonds
    1 tsp. almond or vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare 2 loaf pans by lining with foil.
    Cream the butter. Add sugar gradually; beat until creamy.
    Add almond flavor.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Prepare fruit and nuts by cutting in small pieces and coating with flour.
    Now, beat eggs; add to first part. Add dry ingredients.
    Alternate with fruit and nuts and juices, beating after each addition.
    Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours in a 275\u00b0 oven.
