Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    2 medium tomatoes
    3/4 large bottle Catalina dressing
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large pkg. Fritos
    1 can Ranch Style beans
Preparation
    Use deep casserole dish.
    Shred lettuce.
    Grate the cheese and have the beans chilled and drained.
    Dice tomatoes.
    Layer these ingredients.
    Pour Catalina dressing over these ingredients.
    Add the chilled beans over the ingredients.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Add crushed Fritos before serving.
    Serves 12 to 14.
