Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling water and drain off excess when done.
    Pour milk into small saucepan; bring to boil.
    Cook until lukewarm.
    Mix eggs with salt and nutmeg.
    Add milk and cheese, beating constantly. Pour into grated baking dish; add broccoli.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Must be served hot.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
