Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded cabbage (1/2 medium head)
2 oz. shredded carrots
1/8 medium green pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

In salad bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper, salt and pepper; toss slightly to blend.
Add vinegar to mayonnaise, a teaspoonful at a time, stirring well after each addition.
Pour over cole slaw; toss until well mixed.
Makes 2 servings.
