Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/4 c. regular or Minute rice
    1 tsp. instant onion flakes
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    4 to 6 pieces chicken, skinned
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in a casserole dish.
    Add other ingredients to butter, except chicken.
    Mix well.
    \"Dip\" top of chicken in mixture, then turn over and put on top of rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
