Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, cooked until tender, mashed and drained
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 medium size onion, minced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    May mix squash with zucchini squash if desired for color. Personally I prefer a little more minced onion.
    I also add about 1 tablespoon of cut pimento for color.
