Strawberry-Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 medium container Cool Whip
    1/2 c. pecan chips
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in one cup boiling water.
    Add strawberries while hot.
    Let cool.
    Add pineapple (drained) and nuts.
    Let partially jell.
    Whip Cool Whip and cream cheese together and add to partially jelled ingredients.
    Pour into mold or container and let jell.
    Serves approximately 12.
