Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. broccoli, coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, etc.)
2 eggs, beaten
1 prebaked pie or quiche shell
meat of choice (bacon, ham, sausage, pork or tuna, etc.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Bake frozen pie shell.
In medium saucepan over high heat steam broccoli.
In another pan over medium heat melt butter.
Stir in flour and salt until smooth.
Add onion and cook 1 minute.
Slowly stir in milk, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in broccoli and cheese.
When cheese has slightly melted, stir in eggs.
Add cooked meat.
Bake 30 minutes or center is firm to touch.
