Parmesan Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Coleman's dry mustard
1 head lettuce, torn to bite size pieces
4 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 Tbsp. lime juice
8 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

In a salad bowl, mash together the garlic, salt, mustard and pepper.
Then add the cheese, lime juice and olive oil.
Mix well and let sit until ready to serve.
Just before serving, heap the lettuce on top and toss well.
