Chicken Salad In Melon Halves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken breast, cooked
5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 lb. white seedless grapes
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
cantaloupe
Preparation
-
Mix all together except cantaloupe.
Spoon salad into cantaloupe halves and top with slivered almonds and frosted grapes.
