Cream Cheese Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup flour, blended in butter (like white sauce)
1 cup sour cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion or green onions, chopped
Preparation

Saute bell pepper and onion.
Blend flour and margarine.
Add sour cream and cream cheese and blend well.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake about 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
