Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 c. self-rising flour
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in 2 cups warm water.
    Add the shortening to mixture.
    Add the flour.
    Mix well. Cover with wax paper and let rise to double. Roll out on floured surface and cut.
    Place on cookie sheet and let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
