Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
10 c. water
1 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
sliced apples
Preparation

Mix together and cook until thick.
Pack quart jars with sliced apples and pour over liquid.
Cold pack for 20 minutes. Makes 7 quarts.
