Skillet Squash Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. peeled, cubed 1-inch butternut squash
    1 1/2 c. peeled, quartered and sliced 1/2 inch yellow crookneck squash
    1 1/2 c. unpeeled, sliced 1/8-inch zucchini
    1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter; stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisply tender (8 to 10 minutes).
    Yield: 6 servings.
