Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. canned tuna
1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1 Tbsp. celery, diced
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. minced pimento
1/8 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients together lightly with a fork.
Place in a lettuce cup and garnish with 1/2 hard-cooked egg.
Chill.
Tuna may be substituted with 2 ounces diced cooked chicken, ham, etc. Yield:
1 serving.
Carbohydrate 21 g, protein 19 g, fat 5 g, calories 205.
One serving = 2 meat low-fat exchange, 1/2 bread starch exchange.
