Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained
    2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation
    In a large casserole dish, place rice.
    Add chopped broccoli, chopped onion, grated cheese, sliced water chestnuts and mushroom soup.
    Mix together gently until combined.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
