Low-Fat Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    3 slices turkey bacon, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. low-fat sour cream
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until brown.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Drain off excess fat and liquid.
    Blend flour, salt, paprika and pepper with meat-onion mixture.
    Stir in undiluted soup.
    Cook uncovered over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, mixing until well blended.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
