48 Hour Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Shred cabbage very fine. Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl. Add the chopped onions, green and red peppers and celery. Mix together the sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, salt and vinegar. Pour the mixture over the cabbage mixture and stir well.
