Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. diced celery (1/8-inch)
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 pt. chicken stock
2 Tbsp. Parmesan/Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry Italian seasoning
Preparation

Saute first 4 ingredients.
Blend in flour, mustard and chicken stock.
Cook 5 minutes.
Blend in Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and seasonings.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Be sure to stir before dishing each bowl.
Can sprinkle more Parmesan/Romano cheese on top when serving.
