Almond Butter Toffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. almonds
4 small plain Hershey milk chocolate bars
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add sugar and stir until smooth.
Continue stirring until butter separates (about 5 minutes).
Add almonds and continue stirring until butter blends back into mixture (about 8 minutes).
Pour in ungreased cookie sheet 1/4-inch thick.
When still warm, place chocolate bars on top to melt.
When cool, break into pieces.
