Amaretto Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup raisins
8 ozs. cream cheese
1-2 Tbsp. Amaretto
1 pkg. slivered almonds or finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix cheese, butter, cream cheese, raisins and amaretto. Shape into ball and roll in nuts.
Serve with assorted crackers.
