Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash
    1 large onion
    1 carrot
    2 1/2 c. dressing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil squash for 10 minutes, then drain water.
    Mix other ingredients together.
    Add squash to mixture and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Sprinkle dressing on top.
