Frosted Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butterscotch bits
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco; add pumpkin and 1 egg.
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix into creamed mixture.
Stir in butterscotch bits, nuts and raisins.
Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
