Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
1 c. ham, diced
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 oz. Longhorn or Cheddar, shredded
Preparation

Mix ham and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle ham, 4 ounces cheese and onion into pie shell.
Beat eggs and beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pie shell. Cook, uncovered, in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Reduce oven to 300\u00b0. Cook, uncovered, about 30 minutes longer.
Insert knife in center of quiche.
If knife comes out clean, quiche is ready.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
