Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese plus additional 3 oz. (11 oz. all together)
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 pkg. original Ranch dressing mix
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Using a cookie sheet or similar sheet pan, unroll crescent rolls and lay dough side by side, overlapping dough and covering bottom of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
