Tin Roof Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. light corn syrup
2 c. corn flakes
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
chocolate syrup
chopped redskin peanuts
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well.
Press firmly on bottom and sides of a buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Spread ice cream over crust.
Cover and freeze overnight.
To serve, drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with peanuts.
