Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    3/4 c. water
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
    parsley flakes
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion in butter until meat is lightly browned. Add mushrooms, including liquid, water, gravy mix and paprika. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in sour cream. Heat, but do not boil.
    Garnish with parsley flakes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
