Aunt Marie'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. apples, sliced
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Combine apples, oil, sugar and beaten eggs.
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to batter.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45
minutes.
