Spinach Stuffed Fish Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    4 fish fillets (1/4 lb. each)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine spinach, cheese, onion and hot sauce.
    Mix well.
    Divide filling into 4 portions.
    Place one portion across fish; starting with short end, roll fish around filling.
    Melt butter and stir in garlic.
    Brush each fish roll with this and place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle liberally with paprika.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice, if desired.
