Winter Carrot Casserole(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots, sliced (4 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers (7 to 8)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook carrots, covered in boiling water, 10 minutes or until barely tender.
    Drain.
    Place in 1-quart casserole.
