Bean Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can green lima beans
    1 can butter beans
    1 large or 2 small cans pork and beans
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces.
    Fry and drain well.
    To bacon drippings, add onion, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Pour well drained beans and mushrooms in large casserole dish.
    Add bacon and drippings mixture.
    Stir well.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
