25 Hour Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Iceberg Lettuce
    1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
    1/2 Red Pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. Celery, chopped
    1/2 c. Red Onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Frozen Peas (keep frozen)
    1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp. Sugar
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9 x 2 glass dish with bite size pieces of lettuce. Sprinkle peppers, celery, onions and peas (frozen, not thawed). Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread over top.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
    Refrigerate overnight.
