Ole' South Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    2 slices bread
    cracker meal
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread slices.
    Break into small pieces and moisten with milk.
    Stir in all ingredients except cracker meal. Shape into cakes and roll in cracker meal.
    Fry until golden brown. Serves 4.
