Bacon And Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
    Mix all ingredients except for cheese and bacon until moistened.
    Fold in cheese and bacon.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
