Rice Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine rice from box, beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper, marjoram, and 1/2 c. tomato juice.
    Mix lightly and shape into 18 balls, place in skillet and cook.
    Add sugar to the remaining tomato juice and pour over meatballs.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes while basting.
    Serves 6.
