Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/2 sticks real butter
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels (Kraft)
    1 small can evaporated milk plus 1 Tbsp. whole milk
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Set oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Unwrap caramels and put in a microwavable bowl with 1/3 cup evaporated milk plus 1 tablespoon whole milk.
    Melt butter and add to cake mix with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
