Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 box strawberry Jell-O
    1 pt. strawberries, cut up
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake pie crust.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons cornstarch. Mix into 1 cup water.
    Boil until thickened and clear, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add 1 box strawberry Jell-O.
    Let cool completely, add strawberries.
    Mix well.
    Put in shell when cool.
    Cover with Cool Whip.
    Makes 1 pie.
    Double to make 2 pies.
