Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 clove garlic or powder (1/2 tsp.)
1 Tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. can tomatoes (2 c.)
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
10 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin or grated
Preparation

Brown meat and drain fat.
Add next 5 items.
Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling water; drain and rinse.
(Start this when meat is simmering.)
Combine rest of items, except Mozzarella cheese, in bowl.
